II Three-Phase UV Power Supply - PC Controlled

Aplications: -For power supply ultraviolet lamps ( Gállium or Mercury or Metal Halide ) used in furniture industry, silk-screan, flexographic and others.
Main Advantages:
-Balanced current in input three phases and remains stabilized in the UV lamp, even during the mains voltage variation;
-Lamp current adjustment from 40% to 100% of the nominal value, in a linear form, performed by three-phase eletronics circuits;
-Alternating the selection switch in the Wattage Control Module ( MCP ), the same transformer works with Gállium or Mercury lamp;
- Automatic memorization of the last lamp current adjustment before to turn off machine.
Items Furnished with Transformer:
-Digital Hour Counter - measures lamp worked hours;
-Electronic Potentiometer for adjust lamp current;
-Digital Ammeeter and digital panel LCD 2x16’;
-Three-minutes timer to disconect ventilation when lamp turns off;
-Ventilation and lamp command circuit.
Messages in LCD:
-Lamp off; overtemperature; defect in frequency inverter; AC input abnormal/overload; emergency.

-Power factor: near of unitary (it is not necessary to add capacitors in the input mains).
Protections:
-Overtemperature sensor in the transformer, actuates during cooling system fail, changing the lamp current to half wattage;
-Lamp overload sensor, actuates when the lamp current surpass the maximum specified, turning off the transformer;
-Emergency circuit, actuate when mat stop, changing the lamp to half wattage;
-Phase lacking sensor and inverted sequence, actuates during lack one phase or sequence of inverted phase in the input mains, blocking the lamp functioning.
